Domain Name
You will have the option of selecting a FREE name for your site in the format www.yoursite.extension, where the 'extension' is one of the following: com, net, org, info, biz, ca, or us. If you already have a domain name, we will integrate it with your new ecommerce site.

Disk Space
Disk storage space refers to the amount of server disk storage specifically allocated to your account. This space is used to store your html files, graphics, audio clips, POP3 mail messages, .pdf files, and other files that make up your Web site. Each of our plans includes a specified allotment of disk storage space.

Data Transfer
Monthly data transfer, or bandwidth, is the amount of information that is transmitted to/from your Web space. Each time a picture or HTML page is viewed by a visitor, you upload data using FTP, or email is received it adds to your monthly data transfer.

Email/POP/SMPT
In addition to email forwarding, users have the option to retrieve and send email directly from their POP3 mailboxes on the mail server using an email program such as Eudora, Microsoft Outlook or web based email. POP3 email accounts are accounts that you setup using your domain name ie sales@yourdomain.com or nancy@yourdomain.com. Our SMTP servers allow you to send mail from your domain as well.

PHP
We run PHP4 on our servers. We support safe mode off, have the GD 2 graphics library loaded and many other enhancements that are script and developer friendly.

MySQL
All plans come with MySQL and phpMyAdmin. We have found that our members prefer MySQL because it is a relatively easy to use database. Visit www.mysql.com for more information.

FTP
We provide FTP access to your account if you wish to make any changes to your website. You will have the opportunity to create your own login information.

Setup
An initial one time fixed fee is assigned to each account which is used to configure and prepare your new site for use.

Logfiles
Each time someone surfs over to your home page, the web server (the program that sends HTML files and graphic images to web surfers) makes a note in a log file. Among other information, the note contains the date and time of the visit, the Internet address of the person viewing the site and the page viewed. Each request of a page, image, audio clip or any other item is recorded in the log file so that you can count how many visitors your site received and what pages they went to.

Each day, we backup every file on our web servers incase of a server crash, including programing code, images, and any other files essential to the site.
